Our reception is open Monday to Friday from 7 am to 9 pm .
On weekends and public holidays we are open from 8 am to 4 pm for you.
Outside reception hours, you can contact us anytime at our hotel number.
Check In is from 2 pm possible. Check Out until 11 am ..
If you would like to leave before 7 am, please let reception know the evening before.
For ecological reasons, we don't clean the rooms everydayIf you would like your room cleaned, fresh towels, etc., or if something is missing, please let reception know in the morning.
Otherwise, you will find a small trolley with towels, blankets, and toilet paper in the stairwell—please follow the signs.
Please be aware that the Hotel is a non-smoking Hotel. Thank you!
Our breakfast times:
Monday to Friday: 7 am to 10:30 am
Weekends and Holidays: 7:30 am to 11 am
Price: 15,90 € per person
Children aged 3-11: 7,90 €
Please let us know the evening before if you would like to have breakfast with us.
Drinks and Snacks are always available at our MAXIBAR on the ground floor.
You are welcome to borrow a Yoga Mat from the reception. We are happy if you find a quiet place to practice in your room.
If you feel like going for a run or a relaxing walk, the Landwehr Canal is just around the corner—perfect for getting some fresh air by the water.
In Böcklerpark there is the Adidas Runners Playground and at Hallesches Tor there is an outdoor calisthenics park.
Alternatively, we recommend Urban Sports—a great way to discover different gyms, yoga studios, swimming pools, and wellness facilities throughout the city.
