It's the perfect mix of work and vacation - where laptops and Berliner Currywurst come together in perfect harmony. With our new lobby, we offer you a place to sweeten your work- with good Wi-Fi, electricity and delicious drinks, tea or snacks from the Maxi Bar. If you want to recover from your day and fancy a beer or wine - you can do all that in the lobby too. Feel completely at home here too.
But one thing always remains the same: Welcome home!
SLEEP JUST LIKE AT HOME
Small, medium or large: the Johann offers space for you to be comfortable: The beds in our single rooms are 140 cm wide. In the double rooms you sleep in a comfortable double bed. In our standard double rooms you can also request two single beds.
Free Wi-Fi, flat screen TV and a beautiful bathroom with heated floors are standard. In all bathrooms you will find a hairdryer, cosmetic mirror as well as hair & body shampoo and soap from "ADA" Cosmetics.
As a welcome gift, a bottle of mineral water from the non-profit organization Viva con Aqua welcomes you in every room.
All our rooms are non-smoking rooms!
And of course we are happy to help and advise you during our reception hours. All information is also available in your room. Simply scan the QR code and find out more about the Johann and the surrounding area.

Safe, small fridge, coffee pad machine, kettle and rain shower.
The Comfort double room can be used as an apartment: There is a small kitchenette with an induction hob, kitchen equipment and microwave on request.

Enjoy your breakfast in the morning in our sunny breakfast room or, if the weather is nice, in our beautiful courtyard garden. Fresh products, fairtrade coffee, many organic products, rescued fruit and vegetables and much more can be enjoyed – also suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
